Einkaufszentrum Löbtauer Straße, Dresden

An der Löbtauer Straße entsteht derzeit ein Drogeriemarkt und der Neubau der DRZ Dresdner Reifen Zentrale. Nach Abriss der bestehenden Filiale erfolgt die Errichtung eines Einzelhandelsmarktes im südwestlichen Baufeld.

Aktuell laufen die Rohbauarbeiten. Durch eine kombinierte Fertigteil- und Ortbetonbauweise konnte bisher ein schneller Baufortschritt erzielt werden.
