An der Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße in Heidenau entsteht das neue Wohnquartier „Lugturmblick“.
Straßenbegleitend entstehend zwei Riegelhäuser mit gemeinsamer Tiefgarage und ca. 70 Wohneinheiten.
Die Kombination aus Mehrfamilien- Doppel-, Einfamilienhäusern sowie Stadtvillen schafft eine lockere und einladende Quartierbebauung.
Wir wurden mit der Objektplanung (LP 1-9), Tragwerksplanung (LP 1-6) und der Wärme- und Brandschutzplanung beauftragt.
